起源:曙光再次帶來美好

「ALBE」源自義大利語 L’Alba e’ Ancora Bella,意為「曙光再次帶來美好」。這不僅是 ⼀ 句詩意 語彙,更是 ⼀ 段真實的重生故事。曾經,黑浮咖啡用十三年耕耘義法經典,書寫出台灣異國餐飲的璀 璨篇章;卻也曾因風暴沉寂。然而,在優妮斯開發機構的守護下,那道熟悉的光芒沒有熄滅,而是以 嶄新姿態,再度照亮味蕾與心靈的旅程。於是「奧比餐飲集團 ALBE Group」(簡稱:奧比集團)誕 生。


Origin: A New Dawn Brings Beauty Once More "ALBE" originates from the Italian phrase L’Alba è Ancora Bella, meaning "The dawn is still beautiful." More than a poetic expression, it represents a true story of rebirth. For thirteen years, REVE Café cultivated the essence of Italian-French cuisine, crafting a brilliant chapter in Taiwan’s international dining scene. Yet, it once fell silent amidst a storm. However, under the care of Eunice Development Organization, that familiar light never faded—it reemerged in a new form, once again illuminating the journey of taste and soul. And so, ALBE Group (short for ALBE Dining Group) was born
